Milton Valley, NSW: Currently Under Construction

We’re excited to share an update on one of our favourite design projects for this year: a luxurious rural architectural home currently under construction in Milton, NSW. This project is especially close to our hearts as our clients are returning to us after 19 years, having previously worked with us on their last home.

This stunning residence is set to redefine rural living with its expansive design and exquisite features. At the heart of the home is a large living space that seamlessly opens up to the breath-taking valley views, offering residents the chance to experience some of the most spectacular sunrises. Imagine sipping your morning coffee while gazing at the horizon or entertaining guests in a space that effortlessly merges with the outdoors.

The design cleverly integrates the kitchen and living areas with an outdoor BBQ space, ideal for those long, leisurely afternoons of pizza and wine. Behind the kitchen, you'll find a concealed butler's pantry and a 1000-bottle wine cellar, perfect for the connoisseur. But the real standout feature is the gold simulator, which transforms into a luxurious cinema room—an entertainer’s dream.

The powder room, designed for everyday use, promises to be a stunning experience in itself. The parents' retreat is nestled slightly down in the valley, providing an unparalleled shower experience. The large walk-in wardrobe and the bedroom are designed to offer the ultimate in comfort, with sunrise views that are sure to start each day on a high note.
