The Lincoln Sentry Stand at the ICC Sydney Design Show

July 7, 2024

Last month, we shared our excitement about the ICC Sydney Design Show and the Lincoln Sentry stand we were about to install. Now, we're thrilled to unveil the finished product and share our incredible experience with you.

Despite the challenges and tight time constraints, our team, along with iCatchers and Panache Kitchens, worked a miracle. With an 11:30pm finish the night before the opening, it was a real push to be ready. But let’s talk about opening day... WOW!

Our brief was simple yet complex: to create a stand that could educate Lincoln Sentry's non-transactional consumers (designers) about their brand and products, to stand out in the crowd of a trade show, and to showcase products that are rarely seen. We are thrilled with the outcome and had a fantastic few days catching up with the design community, listening to great speakers and discussions, and sharing drinks with colleagues.

The response to our stand was incredible. Featuring the all-new Revego pocket door system by Blum, the stand showcased a perspex kitchen filled with the latest Hera lighting products, the Blum Legrabox, Finista drawers, and new Gollinucci inserts, bins, and clever storage solutions.

The standout piece was the TI Motion lift-up section, which operated almost like a ride at an amusement park, going up and down countless times. It was mind-blowing to see the number of people engaging with our stand, the smiles when the lift-up surprised them, and the intrigue as new faces discovered what they were looking at.

Working extensively with the HERA lighting catalogue for this exhibition got us thinking about the "The Role of Lighting in Interior Design." Check out that journal post here.
